Fife Folk Museum
Fife Folk Museum is a free and welcoming museum that tells the story of the social, domestic and working lives of the people of Fife. It is family friendly with an excellent gift shop displaying the work of local artisans. The museum is housed in a group of listed buildings in the centre of the attractive village of Ceres. The core buildings include the original 17th century tollbooth of the burgh, and a row of weaver’s cottages. At the front of the Museum, beside the Ceres Burn, is a terraced garden with a footbridge to and from the car park. Limited wheelchair access via the High Street entrance.

We are pleased to announce the opening of ‘The Coffee Shop at the Fife Folk Museum’.
This new venture will be in the capable hands of local entrepreneur Logan Robertson who already runs a successful events coffee van business and the café at the Howe Rugby Club.
Visitors old and new can look forward to great coffee and cake plus light lunches Wednesday to Sunday 10.00 am and 4.00 pm, so do come along we’re sure you won’t be disappointed. The Coffee Shop remains dog friendly so we hope to see the return of our regular four footed friends.
